Fashion Development

End-to-End Fashion Brand and Product Development.

Most design studios stop at the drawing. Most factories only start after it. We do both halves, so nothing is lost in the handover: the same people who design the garment write its tech pack, supervise the sample, talk to the factory directly and take it through to volume. Every stage in house, executed globally.

Questions

The Ones We Actually Get Asked.

Do you design, or do you also produce?
Both, and that is the point. We design the collection, write the tech packs, run the sampling and take it through production. You are not managing a handover between a studio that cannot produce and a factory that cannot design.
What is in a tech pack?
Flat technical drawings, construction and stitch detail, a measurement chart, the bill of materials, trims and hardware, plus labeling and packaging. It is the document a factory quotes from and cuts from, so anything left vague in it becomes a cost or a mistake later.
Can you work from a rough sketch, or do I need finished designs?
A sketch is enough. So is a reference wall, a sample you like, or a written idea. Design is the first stage of the process, not a prerequisite for starting it.
Do you work with new brands or only established labels?
Both. Brands usually come to us when they have the idea and the budget, but need the network, the technical development and the execution behind it. That is exactly what we are.
Where is production handled?
Across an international network on four continents, chosen per project: Asia for volume and technical manufacturing, Europe for premium sampling and luxury finish, America for brand and creative production, Africa for emerging sourcing and artisan collaboration. The relationships are direct, which is what makes fast sampling and scalable manufacturing possible on the same project.
Can you take a collection as far as a runway show?
Yes. Collections have gone from concept through production to fashion week runway and to exhibition presentation. A show date changes how the whole schedule is built, so it is better handled by the people running the production than handed to a separate team at the end.
Can you shoot the campaign as well?
Yes. Photography, film and the website are in house, so the imagery is made by people who already know how the garment is built and what it is supposed to do.
What does a development project cost?
It depends on the range size, the complexity of the construction and the production volume, so we quote per project rather than from a price list. Send the scope, the timing and the budget you have in mind and you get a straight answer.
